DCE Ltd was launched in 1996 by David Clements, whose previous career has included lengthy periods as a museum entomologist, a zoologist with the National Trust, and as senior ecologist and environmental assessments manager with two major UK environmental consultancies. Based in Cardiff and working mainly in Wales and the south-west of England, the practice has developed a proven track record through its work with a wide range of industries, government bodies, research institutions and private individuals.
